By accessing or using the Business Gurukull website at www.businessgurukull.com, submitting an enquiry, booking a strategy call, messaging us on WhatsApp, or entering into a consulting engagement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are accessing this website or engaging our services on behalf of a company or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. References to "you" or "client" in these terms include both individuals and the companies they represent.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. Continued use of the website after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Who We Are
Business Gurukull is a Solar Growth Consulting firm operating in India. We work exclusively with Solar EPC companies, solar installers, rooftop solar solution providers, and solar project developers to build structured lead generation systems, sales processes, and business growth frameworks.
Business Gurukull is not a marketing agency. We are a consulting and strategic growth partner. Our engagements involve diagnosing business problems, designing systems, building execution frameworks, and working alongside our clients to implement them. We take responsibility for the quality of our systems — not for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, client team execution, budget allocation decisions, or competitive dynamics.
Principal Consultant: Sandip — contact@businessgurukull.com — India.
Services We Offer
Business Gurukull offers the following consulting service lines to solar businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for any engagement are defined in a separate Proposal or Service Agreement, which forms part of your contract with us when accepted.
Business Gurukull reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion. A free strategy call or initial enquiry does not constitute a commitment to work together on either side.

Engagement Terms & Client Responsibilities
A formal consulting engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written Proposal or Service Agreement and the initial payment has been received. These Terms of Service are incorporated into and form part of every consulting agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the individual proposal or service agreement. The following general terms apply to all engagements unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Advance payment required — All engagements require an advance payment before work commences. The specific percentage or amount is stated in the proposal. No work begins until the advance is received and confirmed.
- Payment schedule — For ongoing or phased engagements, a payment schedule will be defined in the proposal. Payments are due on the dates specified. Late payment may result in a pause in services.
- Mode of payment — Payments are accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, or other methods agreed in writing. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- GST & taxes — Applicable GST will be charged on all services as per Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be provided upon request.
- No refund after work commencement — Once work has commenced on a project phase, the corresponding payment for that phase is non-refundable. If you cancel before work commences on a phase, advance payments for that phase may be refunded at our discretion, less any administration or planning work already completed.
- Disputed invoices — If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Undisputed portions remain payable on the due date.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Business Gurukull website — including articles, frameworks, methodologies, visual designs, copywriting, the Solar Revenue Engine™ framework, system architecture documents, and other proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of Business Gurukull.
Custom deliverables created specifically for your business as part of a paid engagement — including tailored sales scripts, your specific ad copy, landing pages designed for your brand, and customised CRM structures — are transferred to your ownership upon receipt of full payment for that deliverable. You own your business-specific assets.
The underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, system architectures, processes, and proprietary knowledge used to create your deliverables remain the intellectual property of Business Gurukull. You receive a licence to use the outputs — not the underlying methods. We may use similar frameworks for other clients in different industries or geographies.
Business Gurukull may reference the results of your engagement in anonymised or named case studies, testimonials, or portfolio examples — unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing at the start of the engagement. We will always seek your approval before publishing any named case study featuring your business.
Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that during the course of a consulting engagement, each may have access to confidential information belonging to the other party. This includes business data, financial information, strategy documents, client lists, vendor details, and proprietary systems.

In no event shall Business Gurukull be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
